How is this percentage divided?

This is the most powerful marketing tool in the Greater Kansas City area. 58+% of home buyers are working with agents and they are using the MLS or other search engines to find homes, 18% come from your sign in the yard, This goes up with a brochure box with brochures in the Box, 17% will come from other sources like the internet and 7% from print media. Most buyers will find the home on the internet first before they contact an agent.
